HOW TO MEASURE

While sitting down, and on bare skin, measure yourself with a measuring tape, making sure that it is not too tight and not too loose. Determine where you would like your waist beads to fall.
** Remember to record your measurement, you will need it to complete your order.

Using a measuring tape, place it around your waist where you would like your waist beads to rest. Take note of where the ZERO and the number meet on the other side of the tape. Record this number in inches, and remember to measure closely for a perfect fit. Once you have your measurement, you are ready to browse our selection of handmade waist beads.
